Join Mel and Leah for a day dedicated to deep spiritual connection, relaxation, and personal growth. We will kick off with a guided meditation, enhanced by soothing sounds and gentle movements to help us reconnect with our bodies. Following this, there will be an opportunity for reflection and relaxation, along with mini card readings from Mel. We will finish up the day with a serene sound bath led by Leah, ensuring you leave in a state of profound tranquillity. Light refreshment ,tea and coffee will be provided . Please bring lunch and we would like it to be a shared communal lunch. Therefore could all food be vegetarian . If you have any allergies please advise at booking .
